Hi! I'm Emily Reinert, the artist behind Em Lauren Studio.
Art has been a part of me for as long as I can remember—it lives in my bones, fills my heart, and never quite leaves my mind. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, but my true passion lies in creating and bringing ideas to life through color, texture, and imagination.
Originally from the small town of Mohnton, Pennsylvania, I now call Honolulu, Hawaii home. Alongthe way, life (and the military) has taken me to places like Charleston, South Carolina, and Tacoma, Washington—each one leaving its own mark on my creative spirit.
My inspiration is as varied as the places I’ve lived: the coastal hues of the Carolinas, the lush greens of the Pacific Northwest, and the sun-soaked vibrance of island life. I love experimenting—whether it’s woodwork, ceramics, a fun DIY home project, painting, drawing, or digital illustration, I’m happiest when my hands are busy making something.
When I’m not covered in paint, you’ll probably find me chasing my two kids through the sunshine or curled up with a good book (or three).
